The Council for Interdisciplinary Research and Applied Science (CIRAS) has formally entered its constitutive phase (Phase 0).
During this phase, CIRAS operates as a preparatory initiative focused on developing the organizational, structural, and scientific foundations for a future international intergovernmental organization. The objective is to establish a robust institutional framework for interdisciplinary research and applied science.
Phase 0 serves exclusively preparatory purposes. During this phase, CIRAS does not possess international legal personality and does not create international legal obligations.
Further information on structure, governance, and institutional phases will be published progressively.
