The CIRAS Development Network is the economic development arm of the CIRAS architecture, designed to connect research, enterprise, investment, and sustainable development within one global framework. As a foundation project of the CIRAS Global Foundation, based in Dubai DIFC, CDN supports sustainable projects and enterprises through a federal network of continental offices, national foundations, local branches, and certified member enterprises.
CDN bridges the gap between science, business, and civil society by giving companies access to international markets, strategic partnerships, certifications, technology transfer, arbitration, and project funding. It is built to help regional enterprises scale globally while supporting states and communities with innovation, investment, and sustainable development solutions.
